Commercial work is a scheduling problem as much as a flooring problem. We phase by suite or by floor, work nights and weekends when the space can't be down during business hours, and coordinate with your GC or property manager. We give you a written schedule with the estimate, not just a price.

Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We work as the flooring sub on buildouts and tenant improvements, and we can hold to a GC's schedule and submittal requirements.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes. Most of our retail and office work happens outside business hours so the space stays open.
What's the largest job you take?
We scale the crew to the job. Tell us the square footage and the deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
