The office and retail space between the Woodlands and FM 1960 turns over constantly, and tenant improvements are our bread and butter there. Carpet tile, VCT and commercial LVT, phased by suite, worked nights and weekends so the business stays open during the day. If you're a property manager or a GC working that corridor, we can hold to a submittal schedule and give you a written phasing plan with the bid.
Older Klein and Spring homes
The 1970s and 80s homes around Klein and Old Town Spring are a different animal: real slab movement, sometimes three layers of flooring stacked on top of each other, and tile set in thinset that has had forty years to cure. That's exactly the tear-out most crews quote high to avoid. We own the ride-on scraper, so it's the work we quote fastest.
