Material has to be ordered from one dye lot so the color is consistent room to room, and the layout has to be planned across the whole floor so the plank run stays square through every doorway instead of drifting. We dry-lay and rack before anything is glued or clicked.
Reservoir-area homes
Parts of Katy near the Barker and Addicks reservoirs took water in 2017 and some of those homes are on their second or third floor since. If that's your house, tell us at the estimate. We'll check the slab for moisture before recommending a material, because a glue-down over a damp slab fails no matter how good the install looks on day one.
