Most of our weeks have a house in them. Whole-home re-floors, one stubborn room, stairs, a kitchen or a bath. Same crew and same prep standards we bring to a commercial job, scheduled around the fact that you still have to live there while we work.

Living in it while we work
A house isn't an empty job site. We seal off the rooms we're working in, run dust extraction on tear-out, protect the floors and trim that are staying, and clean up at the end of every day instead of at the end of the job. Most homes are finished in under a week, and you'll know the schedule before we start.

Do we have to move out?
Almost never. We work room by room or in phases so you keep a bathroom and somewhere to sleep. We'll map it out with you at the estimate.
Can you move our furniture?
Yes. Tell us at the estimate so it's in the price rather than a surprise on install day. Heavy items and appliances included.
How long does a whole house take?
Most take three to six days depending on square footage, how many layers come up, and whether the slab needs leveling. You get a written timeline with the price.
What flooring is best for a Houston home?
For kitchens, baths and laundry we usually point people to tile or LVT because of humidity and slab moisture. Bedrooms and living areas are wide open. We'll bring samples and talk through the trade-offs.
