Meet the owner
Twenty-five years, and I still walk every floor
I own Eagle Flooring. I started in flooring more than 25 years ago and I have never stopped putting my own hands on the work. If you hire us, you are not getting a salesman at the door and strangers on install day.

Every material, not just one
A lot of flooring crews are really a tile crew, or really a carpet crew, and everything else is something they take on and figure out. I learned this trade across all of it: ceramic and porcelain tile, vinyl and LVT, laminate, engineered wood, carpet, floor leveling and tear-out. Twenty-five years is long enough to have made every mistake once and to know which shortcuts come back on you.
That matters most when a job needs two or three materials to meet cleanly. Tile into wood, carpet into tile at a doorway, stairs that transition to a landing. Transitions are where most floors start to look wrong, and they are the part a single-material crew is least equipped for.
You get me, not a call center
We are a working outfit, not a franchise. When you call, you reach us. When we show up, it is the same faces every day until the floor is done. Nobody hands your job to a subcontractor you have never met and nobody sends a salesman who will not be there on install day.
Y hablamos español. Puede llamarnos y hablar en español sin problema, y le explicamos el presupuesto y el trabajo en el idioma que prefiera. Whichever language you are comfortable in, that is the one we will use.
What I actually promise
One thing, and I mean it literally: I want every customer satisfied at the end of every job. Not satisfied on average. Not satisfied on most of them.
In practice that looks unglamorous. We walk the finished floor together before I consider the job done. If a transition strip bothers you, we change it. If a grout line reads off, we look at it in daylight. I would rather come back on a Sunday than have you living with something you notice every time you walk through the room.
It is also why the estimate is written down and why the prep is a line you can see. Most unhappy flooring customers I have met were not unhappy about craftsmanship. They were unhappy about a price that moved after work started.

Straight answers
Will you be on my job, or just the estimate?
I run the estimate and I'm on the job. On a small residential floor that means I'm there most of the day. On a large commercial phase I'm checking in daily and my crew is the same crew every time — not day labor pulled together that week.
What happens if I'm not happy with something?
You tell me before we leave and we fix it. We walk the whole floor together at the end of every job for exactly that reason. A floor is going to be underfoot for ten or fifteen years, and I would rather spend another afternoon on it than have you look at a bad seam every day.
Do you still do the hands-on work yourself?
Yes. Twenty-five years in and I still set tile and run the scraper. That's also why the estimates are realistic — I'm pricing work I'm going to do, not work I'm handing off.
